The process began with auditing and restructuring existing data to ensure a smooth transition. The team managed the migration of product catalogs, customer data, and attributes, transforming them into a Magento-compatible format. This ensured system stability and long-term usability. To support operations, a custom API integration was developed to connect Magento with RIVA’s point-of-sale system, enabling seamless synchronization of orders, payments, and statuses. Additionally, custom features were implemented to enhance functionality, including a tailored upsell system for performance kits and a fraud prevention integration to automate order validation.
